To ensure the confidence and satisfaction of its customers in accordance with regulatory requirements, SEPPIC has a sustainable progress policy focused on the control of risks and a Quality Hygiene Safety and Environmental management system.
As a partner of the Pharmaceutical, Nutrition, and Cosmetics industry, SEPPIC integrates and implements all relevant reference systems in its management system:
- Quality Management (ISO 9001)
SEPPIC has been ISO 9001 certified (certification awarded by AFAQ) since July 2003, for all its activities (Research, Development, Production, Sale and delivery of chemical specialities) and all its industrial sites.
- Good Production Practices for pharmaceutical products
SEPPIC implements the part II BPF reference systems for injectable active substances and excipients, as well as the IPEC guide for other pharmaceutical excipients. An inspection certificate in accordance with these BPF reference systems was awarded by the AFSSAPS (Agence Française de Sécurité Sanitaire des Produits de Santé - French Agency for the Safety of Health Products).
- Risk analysis for food products
SEPPIC has carried out a HACCP-type (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) risk analysis, enabling the identification of the critical points of food product production processes.
- Environmental Management (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS)
The Environment and Health and Safety being permanent concerns, SEPPIC rolls out its ISO 14001 and OHSAS certifications to the majority of its industrial sites.
- A commitment to Social responsibility
SEPPIC undertakes to respect the provisions taken from the SA8000 standard defining requirements regarding social responsibility and working conditions, within the whole group.
