Due to its great stability and solubility, REBATEN 97% Stevia extract can easily be used in low-calorie or no added sugar preserves and other food preparations, and in condiments.

Preserves and other food preparations

  • Sweet and sour fruit and vegetable preserves
  • - Sweet and sour preserves and semi-conserves of fish and marinated fish, shellfish and molluscs

  • Diet foods destined to be used for special medical purposes as defined by the decree of 20 September 2000
    Maximum usage dose (expressed in Reb A) authorised by French regulations: 1000 mg/kg
  • D- Foodstuffs destined for use in low calorie weight loss diets as defined by the decree of 20 July 1977
    Maximum usage dose (expressed in Reb A) authorised by French regulations: 800 mg/kg

Condiments

REBATEN 97% can be used in sauces and condiments with no added sugar (ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, etc.).

French regulations authorise the use of Stevia extract, Rebaudioside A (Reb A), in mustard only.

Maximum usage dose (expressed in Reb A) authorised by French regulations: 350 mg/kg
